Photography Service general Conditions:
Booking and Payment:
The full amount of the standard session is charged at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. This payment confirms your booking and ensures that the studio is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellation Policy:
Studio Photography: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session can be rescheduled at no additional cost. If you cancel the entire session less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a booking fee of €50 will be charged.
Outdoor and On-Location Photography: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a booking fee of €100.
VAT:
All prices listed for private customers include 25.5% VAT, in accordance with Finnish tax regulations.
Session Type:
Please note that only one type of studio session can be booked per appointment. For example, if you book a headshot session, we cannot combine it with a family photo session within the same appointment, as the allotted time does not allow for multiple session types. If you wish to combine different types of photography sessions, such arrangements must be negotiated with the photographer prior to booking.
Additional Images:
The additional photos you select will be charged separately, either at the studio during your selection process or later via invoicing. This allows you to choose the images you love without any pressure.
Image Rights:
The photographer retains the copyright to all images and the right to use the images in their portfolio, including on their website, social media, and promotional materials.
The customer is granted a license for personal use, which includes printing and sharing the images with family and friends. Commercial use of the images is not permitted without prior written consent from the photographer. If you prefer your images not to be used in the photographer's portfolio, please inform us in advance, and we will respect your wishes.
No children's image will be publicly published in social media or website without the guardian's conset.
Client Satisfaction:
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your images. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please communicate them to us during the session.
